Located in the heart of Fox Glacier Township offering locals and visitors a variety of menu options at reasonable prices in a warm and friendly country atmosphere. The restaurant offers indoor and outdoor dining. The Saloon is full of local History, has a great atmosphere, wide screen plasmas, dart board, pool table and regular live music. It's a great place to catch up with the locals and perhaps hear a few good stories from days gone by!

Whether your in for Morning / Afternoon Tea, a top quality Steak, West Coast Whitebait (seasonal), or our world famous B.B.Q Pork Spare Ribs, you will be assured of only the very best in not only home cooked cusine, but also our own special brand of friendly service. We welcome family's, offer an extensive children’s menu and a highchair is available. We endeavour to meet special dietary requirements upon request.

Recently we have become an internet hotspot, the perfect place to relax, unwind and check you emails.

Being a fully licensed restaurant / bar you will also be able to choose from our wide selection of local and imported wines, Ice cold beers (including Monteiths Beers on tap), liqueur coffees or a nice hot house made Mulled Wine, nothing better after a long drive or checking out our beautiful Glacier.
